This site is dedicated to not only keeping you abreast on my many appearances but to also, hopefully, aid you in becoming healthier and more fit.

One of my purposes in life is to help people not only become better physically but spiritually. As someone who was once much heavier, I want to share my secrets for good living.

Your body is my concern. I've not only obtained a degree in exercise science but I endured the rigorous training to earn the American College of Sports Medicine Health Fitness Instructor certification, THE GOLD STANDARD of fitness certifications.

I am first and foremost a professional and will strive to keep you safe and healthy. I will NOT recommend you go to extremes to lose weight. I will NOT pressure you into feeling you have to do something you don't want. I will NOT put you on a diet, as that leads to failure once you are off of it AND I will NEVER divulge your private information.

As your personal trainer, I took a vow to uphold a code of ethics. Your privacy is of the up most concern to me. You have my word AND my guarantee that I will help you obtain your goals and support you, no matter in what arena.

Maria Beall is the reigning Elite Ms. US United 2011 winner. She has held other titles such as Mrs. U.S. Earth, where she won the fitness and interview awards at the international competition, Mrs. All American Woman 2008, also winning the overall sportswear award, Mrs. American Beauty, Mrs. Galaxy 2003, (she won fitness, evening gown and interview), Ms. World Elite Woman 2002 (she won fitness, gown and interview), Ms. Virginia American United States Woman (placed 3rd runner-up at nationals), Virginia Beauties (40s winner, won fitness at nationals, placed first runner-up), Virginia East Coast, Mrs. American Queen fitness winner, placed first runner-up at nationals, Mrs. United Nations, fitness winner, placing third runner up at nationals, Mrs. Delmarva, America's Brilliant Miss divisional winner and Classic Ms. US of America 2005, where she not only won her division but was the overall highpoint winner out of 76 contestants, winning a $5000 bond! She entered the Mrs. Virginia America pageant in 1999 (it was her first pageant!) and not only won the crown but the physical fitness and sponsorship awards too. She also won every category, including the evening gown and interview competitions. In September of 1999 she spent 2 wonderful weeks in Hawaii competing in the Mrs. America pageant shown on the PAX network. Maria has also been seen on the Lifetime and MTV channels. She and her husband, Michael were recently featured on Animal Planet's show, Monsters Inside Me.

Maria's platform is helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. Fitness is her passion since Maria overcame being overweight, going from a size 14 to a 2. She has helped educate all ages about health and fitness by volunteering her time at a retirement home teaching seated fitness classes, teaching fitness classes to elementary and middle school children, coaching soccer and writing fitness articles . Maria has also written her first book, What Your Trainer Is Not Telling You.

Maria is married to Michael and they have three sons, Brandon, Tyler, and Cameron. Maria is currently employed as a fitness instructor and owns her own fitness business, Bringing Fitness 2 U. She has 20 years of fitness experience and has produced two dvds. She teaches any style of group exercise such as step, Pilates, hi-lo, senior fitness, kids fitness and sculpting. She is also a certified personal trainer and owns her own coaching business, Fitness With Maria. She holds a degree in marketing and an exercise science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, cum laude.
